Api M.D Farm

Mansonville

The Api Far is a family business located in the wild of the Montagnes-Vertes, in Mansonville, Eastern Townships. The farm offers products from the bees and blueberries.

The Api Farm project was initiated in 2004 by Maude Tougas and David Marchand-Duchesneau, two passionate artisans who studied in agriculture. Their dream was not only to work in this field, but more to create themselves a way to live within it.

Tasty, unpasteurized and naturally sweet!

The Api Farm honey fairly expresses the diversity and abundance of the flora found in the wild region of the Montagnes-Vertes, in the Eastern Townships. The hives are placed in very carefully chosen places (apiaries) so that they benefit from a multiflora and pesticide-free environment, which supports the health of both bees and consumers. The honey is handled and extracted with care so it keeps its exceptional taste and medicinal properties.

Sencha kombucha

Cowansville

Sencha Kombucha, set in the beautiful Eastern Townships, was founded in 2017. Genevieve and Olivier shared a passion for craft production and decided to create their own business and to share their lifestyle and products with the community and customers. Their kombucha is created and produced respecting the rhythms of Nature, which praised a return to slowness. “Our recipe has evolved over the years and the craft production has become our lifestyle. Working with an integral fermentation base ensure a quality of products both in its taste and in the benefits from nutriments and flavors. Our kombucha is made exclusively from Sencha tea, whole organic fruit, herbs and flowers.”

Both driven by the passion for sharing good moments with family and friends and for creating culinary experiences around the table, their main goal is to bring joy to people!

Brouërie Sutton

Sutton

“Our microbrewery beers are fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. This is the perfect profile for us. This is the perfect profile for us. Due to the high capacity of these yeast to decompose sugars, they give beers a drier profile, leaving less residual sugar and more room for the aromas of hops and grains used. A unique profile and signature at Sutton Brouërie.’’ (Brouërie Sutton)

We collaborate with local producers for our beers, our cocktails and our menu. It is very important for us to promote Québec businesses.

We are always interested in creating new collaborations. Contact us to share your ideas.
