Balsam Fir Honey

Surprising, delicious and adaptable, the balsam fir honey is made with young fir sprouts that were handpicked in the mix forest of the valleys of Sutton and then macerated in the tasty honey from Api M.D. Special attention is paid to its quality and purity throughout its creation. This unique ancestral recipe combines the exceptional properties of honey and those of balsam fir. You can use it as a cough remedy or to add a wild touch to a dish.

Jams

Jérémie Postel jams are produced according to an ancestral method known as “the Royal”. To do so, the jam makers cook the traditional way, in pots holding small quantities. This cooking method allows preserving to perfection the texture and flavors of the fruits.

These unique jams and jellies, flavored during cooking with dried balsam fir sprouts, express how rich can be the alliance of flavors of our Quebec trees shrubs. The essences were chosen for their exceptional tastes but also for the place they hold in our heritage. A local and quality supply allows us to offer gourmet and responsible artisanal products.
