Balsam Fir Kombucha
Refreshing and energizing, “La petite pousse” is a balsam fir kombucha which is an ode to our Québec forests. Resulting of the valorization of honey-candied conifer needles and the skills of the master brewer of Sencha kombucha, this beverage is delicate and thirst-quenching. It’s a unique recipe that gives you all the benefits of natural kombucha while its flavors bring you in the middle of the forest.
Fizzy elderberry beverage
Fresh and sparkling yet delicately perfumed, the elderberry beverage is unique. Traditionally, in France, it is known as “elderberry champagne” or “fairy champagne”. It is made of spontaneous fermentation from wild yeast naturally present on the elderberry flower. We add a personal touch by sweetening it exclusively with spring honey which gives it a light taste of mead. It is a unique craft product that has been passed on to Jérémie on the traditional way and that we proudly offer to you. Let yourself be charmed by an enchanting drink and maybe, who knows, will you come into contact with the soul of this plant...

The Balsa Miela is issued from a collaboration with Sutton Brouërie. Beer of thirst, this dry saison presents subtle notes of fir and honey. A beer to enjoy in any occasion.
