Fir Ice Cream

 
This honey fir ice cream is delicious, not too sweet and refreshing. It is perfect for quick desserts, to please children. It is made with local ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 375 ml (1 1⁄2 cups) milk Missiska

  • 175 ml (3⁄4 cup) cream La Pinte

  • 125 ml (1⁄2 cup) cane sugar

  • 1 tablespoon fir powder

  • 2 tablespoons fir honey

 

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until a smooth mix is obtained.

Poor the mixture into the ice cream machine. Turbine the mix for 1 hour.

Keep in the freezer in an air-tight freezer container. Serve just before eating.
