Haskap and Fir Honey Crêpes

 
Délicieuses crêpes à la camerise et au miel de sapin.

Ingredients

Crepe

  • 375 ml (1½ cup) all-purpose flour

  • 475 ml (1¾ cup) milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

Haskap berry coulis

  • 500 ml (300 g or 2 cups) thawed haskap berries

  • 60 ml (1⁄4 cup) fir honey

 

Preparation

Crepe

In a mixer, blend all ingredients except the flour. Add the flour gradually.

In a frying pan, heat the butter or oil. Poor a ladle of the crepe mixture.

Haskap berry coulis

In a high-speed mixer, blend the haskap berries with the honey until a homogeneous mix is obtained.

Serve the crepes with the coulis and some thawed haskap berries.
