Fir and Rosemary Creamed Leek

 
Poireaux crémeux qui accompagne bien toutes les viandes.

Ingredients

  • 3 leeks

  • 125 ml (1⁄2 cup) white wine

  • 375 ml (1 ½ cup) cream 35 %

  • Salt and pepper

  • Rosemary and fir

 

Preparation

Slice the leeks about 2 cm thick.

In a frying pan, brown for about 5 minutes on each side. Deglaze with white wine, add the cream and seasonings.

Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes at low heat.

Place in a service platter in the center of the table to share among the guests! Good to serve with poultry, fish or pork.
